David S. Walker, President & CEO
Mr. David Walker is the CEO and a founder of the Allied group of companies. With over 30-years experience in the benefits administration field, he has forged strong strategic alliances to deliver quality services and effective solutions. Mr. Walker earned his degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He has served on the boards of several benefit companies, including chairing the finance committee of a $5 Billion company. Mr. Walker's substantial work in health benefits, pension, accounting, management and information systems provides clients with the best solutions for the delivery of benefits in an increasingly complex environment.

Danielle Jackson, Executive Assistant to David Walker
Ms. Jackson received her degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and has been with Allied Administrators since 2001. She supports Mr. Walker in all business capacities and works closely with him in service to Allied’s clients. Ben Barry, Vice President of Client Services
Mr. Ben Barry has joined the Allied team as the Vice President of Client Services in order to grow company client services initiatives and lead the Client Services division. Mr. Barry has over fifteen years of executive level and project execution experience, with eight of those years at major insurance companies, most recently serving as Vice President, Insurance Operations. He has developed and implemented a successful market entry strategy that quickly generated substantial revenue. He also built new operations functions that increased processing capacity while providing best-in-class member experiences. Mr. Barry holds an MBA from New York University.

Cheada Lao, Vice President of Infrastructure
Ms. Cheada Lao has joined the Allied team as the Vice President of Infrastructure and is responsible for driving Allied's technology infrastructure and innovation to the future delivery of business value aligned with company strategies. Ms. Lao brings to the Allied team a strong IT and project management background as well as experience in the full range of client care. She has over 12 years of progressive business leadership experience including Third Party Administration. At Allied Ms. Lao will manage existing infrastructure and analyze and implement innovative new technologies and processes to continually improve client services and experiences. Ms. Lao holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California.

Zack Zweber, Director of Client Finances
Mr. Zweber received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Villanova University and earned an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He joined Allied Administrators to lead Client Finances and Accounting activities. Zack’s solid accounting experience, finance administration and technical operations skills support his focus with all aspects of billing, payments and client finance and accounting related data.

Paul Wensloff, Customer Relations & Underwriting Manager
Mr. Wensloff holds a Bachelors of Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has been part of the Allied team for 10-years. He is responsible for delivering five-star customer services to the small group employers, and for broker and general agent relations.

Jerico Geronimo, Small Business Program Operations Manager
Mr. Geronimo has been an integral part of the Allied team since 1999 and worked exclusively on the Delta Dental Small Business Program during his entire tenure. He currently directs SBP day to day processing, including eligibility, billing and data management.

Dave Bates, Systems Development Manager
Mr. Bates is responsible for developing and maintaining programming for proprietary benefit administration systems used at Allied. Mr. Bates has over twenty years experience as a programmer/analyst, and has a BA in Management from St. Mary’s College. He is fluent in several programming languages. The systems are designed to solve business problems, improve capabilities and guarantee cost-effectiveness.
